Octavo does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app has no analytics, no telemetry, and no network communication of any kind.
When you save an Octavo document, it contains references to your source files (such as PDFs) and the settings you’ve configured using the app. These documents are saved locally on your Mac, under your control.
Printing is handled entirely through standard macOS printing APIs. Octavo does not communicate with your printer directly — your Mac’s operating system handles that.
In short: your data stays on your Mac. We never see it.
Octavo uses Apple’s StoreKit framework for in-app purchases. These transactions are handled entirely by Apple and are subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy. Octavo does not receive or store any payment information.
